What format of photo do you accept?
We accept any format of photos. Please no worries what kinds of the format you are providing us. We make them according to your needs and send them to you while delivering.
What do if I do not satisfy with your work?
It’s an easy step! Just write a line to us, we will re-work on those files until you are happy with them. We can make sure that you will get 99.99% of the images that are absolutely fine when delivered.
Is there any refund policy?
Yes, We do! If you are not satisfied with our work then we can do refund you. Just let know your wish via email.
What is your response time?
Our professional teamwork round the clock. We will back you ASAP when you through a message to us via WhatsApp, Skype, or E-mail.
How can I send you bulk files/images?
We can provide you our FTP access or you can use any of the file transfer protocols like- WeTransfer, DropBox, etc. Surely, we always ready to help you.
What is the security of my files?
We always give a guarantee that your file is 100% secure to us. We never share or use your file anymore.
What payment methods do you allow?
We allow almost of payment methods. We will provide you invoice after completed our work then you can transfer money via PayPal, Master Card, Wire Transfer, Zoom Transfer, TrasferWise, Payoneer, etc. If you have any custom offer then please let us know.
Do you provide customized size ratio for images?
Yes, we do! Just let us know when submitting the order we will do it for you.
Is there any chance to reject my order?

Can I cancel my order once I’ve placed my order?
Sure! You can but it should within 1 hour after placing the order, otherwise, we will invoice you 20% of the total bill.
Can I modify my order once I’ve submitted?

What should I do if I need to re-work any of the images?
Simple, Just write an e-mail to us and mention what can we do for you. We will give priority to your re-work task and send you ASAP.
How do if I uploaded wrong images to you?
Simply let us know via e-mail ASAP, we will hear you and take the necessary steps.
Do you provide all file types during the delivery?
Basically, we will do deliver your mentioned format what you wanted during the order submission time. But if you need any more please let us know, we will do it for you.
Do you provide image rotation service?
Yes, Just let know. We will do it for you without having any extra payment. Absolutely for you.
How long you take to deliver images?
Usually, we do delivery within 24 hours up to 1000 images. But you have rush please mention, we will try our best to deliver within your deadline.
